Little Squares Nursery Wall Decor

I made some cute wall decor for the nursery using little wooden tray thingies:

I painted them green and yellow and varnished them.  I had cute little animal keyrings that I made to sit in each frame.  Cute huh!?  :D

Ladybug Baby Album

I bought some of these cute cardboard cutout albums looooong ago, and finally had something to do with one of them - I'm gonna make Aidan's first little baby scrapbook album, hehe.

Here's the before:

I decorated the top like a ladybug:

Then I covered each "page" inside with scrapbook paper and either chalked or inked the edges just to round it off.  From the front:

From the back: 

Now I need to fill it up with some baby stuff, eg sonar pics and other info like the first time I felt him move and other first time stuff like that. :D  I think it's going to be my cutest scrapbook yet.  :)

Ladybug Redo

My mum in law gave me these little white handmade lady bugs a while back and now I've finally thought of an idea on how to use 'em!  And that would be in the nursery, seeing as though the theme is partly about cute bugs.  :)

I just painted them red.
And they already have a pin on the back, so I'm going to pin them on the curtain just to for the sake of cuteness:

Baby Name for Nursery Door

Wow, so I haven't posted anything since MARCH!!  :O  Welcome back to meeee!  :D

I haven't been crafting much lately but I'm beginning to get back into it again! Yippeeeee!  I really missed it!!

And to break the ice, here's something I made for Aidan's nursery room door (oh yes, in April we finallyyyyy got pregnant and in the mean time found out it's a boy, a.k.a. Aidan!)  :D

I've decided I want room with a green and yellow and cute bugs and cute little animals theme, so after painting the wooden letters I added some cute little green and yellow goodies:

 

 

 

I have a few more baby crafts lined up so I can't wait to get them done. :D
