Pink & Purple "Thinking of You" Card

This soft pastel card I made for The Sweet Stop's Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Sketch Challenge # 89!
Here's the sketch we had to work with:
I used pastel pink marbled paper for the background, and then layered purple and pink marbled papers alternately over that to match the sketch.  I drew lines with a water wet paintbrush and tore along those lines to make the rectangle and circle shapes I needed.
For the text sentiment, I used a "thinking of you" stamp:
The stamp actually has a flower on it too, but I didn't ink that part for the sentiment piece - instead I inked the flower only for one of the other embellishments on the card - I stamped the flower onto a sliced wood chip:
For the main feature part of the card, I just used pink pencil tip shavings to smudge around the edges of the paper, and glued some bling flowers onto to it (the smudging can be seen better in the pics above):
Just beneath this I cut out a "border" out of metallic champagne card stock with fancy scissors, and glued pink ribbon onto it.
And that's it, a pretty pastel little card! :)
